The remittances of all OFWs, upon showing of the overseas employment certificate (OEC) or valid OWWA Membership Certificate by the OFW beneficiary or recipient, shall be exempt from the payment of documentary stamp tax (DST) as imposed under Section 181 of the Tax Code of 1997, as amended.
