Fulvio "Fulvs" Dawilan is the Firm’s Managing Partner responsible for its day-to-day operations. With his more than two decades of experience and his capacity to quickly adapt to changes, his management of the Firm ensured continuous and smooth operations even during the multiple lockdown periods the country experienced at the height of the pandemic in the past two years.

The challenges notwithstanding, the able leadership of Fulvio, allowed the firm to successfully defend various clients from assessment cases costing billions of pesos. In doing so, Fulvio and the team managed to let the company continue its operations and save its employees from losing their livelihood.

He specializes in tax advisory and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, tax litigation, expatriate taxation, and handling disputes and claims where he handled tax cases involving billions of assessments and claims. His industry specialization is gas and oil, power and energy as well as manufacturing.

Fulvio is the 2022 President of the Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP), and a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tax Committee of the Philippine Institute of CPAs. His leadership experience also includes being the Tax and Advisory Partner for a leading audit firm before joining the Firm.
