Senior Associate

Phoebe Kim S. Beluang is a Senior Associate of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). 

Kim handles a diverse array of tax litigation cases involving tax dispute on assessment and refund cases. She represents clients before the Court of Tax Appeals and the Regional Trial Court.

Leveraging on her tax compliance and accounting background, Kim also represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Bureau of Customs.

She also advises clients in various tax inquiries and tax compliance requirements, and assists clients in monthly tax filings. She handles both local and international companies, expatriates, and election candidates.

She is also involved in Transfer pricing documentation, Settlement of Estate, and Corporate housekeeping.

She loves to hike, swim, and do outdoor activities during weekends. She also loves to travel a lot especially during holidays.
